1. Service Cancellation

cancellation will be effective from the date specified in your notice or the end of your current
billing period, whichever is later.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel within 14 days of service initiation (cooling-off period)
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services
- If there is a material breach of our service agreement
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development work that has already been completed
- Third-party services or licenses purchased on your behalf
- Training sessions that have already been conducted
- Consultation hours that have been utilized

- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial services have been delivered, we may offer a partial refund based on the work
completed and the value delivered. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund
- No refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
